After Sales Services

Brazafric after-sales Department has more than 25 experience years in the installation of agribusiness machinery and equipment for land preparation, planting, harvesting, grain handling, storage, and post-harvest processing in Coffee, Maize, Rice, animal feed as well as metallic Silos. We offer seamless after-sales support in preventative maintenance, the supply of original spare parts as well as on-call repairs and or troubleshooting thus eliminating or reducing machinery downtime for our client’s operation.

Our Technicians are well trained in Brazil in the factories of the original equipment manufacturers and have extensive hands-on experience in the field to ensure sufficient customer service. We have regional offices in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and HQ offices in Nairobi each adequately equipped with a pool of technical staff to ensure proximity to our clients and thus shortened response time of less than 24hrs.

      1. Monday-Thursday 07:00 am to 4:30 pm 
      2. Friday 07:00 am to 3:30 pm.
